Who creates my SafeID Profile?

You create your own SafeID Profile. After purchasing a Keep Me Safe ID bracelet, follow the directions provided in the package.  You will be directed to your secure, online page and be given an activation code to create your user account and begin to add as much or as little information as you choose to your SafeID Profile.

How often can I change my SafeID Profile?

There is an unlimited number of times you can update your SafeID Profile. In fact, you have access to it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We encourage you to update it anytime there is a change needed to keep the most accurate and up-to-date information for you or your child.

How secure is my SafeID Profile?

At, we follow the Golden Rule, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We would not want our information to be shared or sold to anyone without our express consent. We absolutely refuse to share your personal information with any unauthorized business, organization, or individual. Still, the purpose of the QR code is to provide the information supplied in your SafeID Profile to medical personnel, first responders, or any individuals who have access to a smartphone. Consequently, we urge you to protect the security of your SafeID Profile by safeguarding your username and password like you would your online bank account.  If you have hesitations about sharing your SafeID Profile with everyone we have created a Password Protection option that will only show the first few lines (name, medical condition, primary contact, and picture) leaving the rest of the information only available if the correct password is entered.

Can I have more than one QR Code ID Bracelet for the same primary user?

Absolutely. The primary user is based on the email account provided during activation.  If you have multiple family members or others with which to provide them an ID you can set them all up under your primary user account so you only have to remember one password for each of your families SafeID Profiles.

What if my QR Code ID Bracelet is lost or stolen?

If your QR Code Bracelet is lost or stolen, you can delete your SafeID Profile by logging into your account and select "Delete".  You can purchase a new one by visiting one of our retail partners or our online store.

Can this product and service be used for other medical conditions?

Absolutely. This product and service can be used for any medical condition for which you might purchase a typical medical ID bracelet (Alzheimer's, dementia, food allergies, Down's syndrome, hemophilia, diabetes, epilepsy, etc.). While autism is a condition that is very close to our hearts, the service works just as well for any family in a similar situation. The bracelets, and the SafeID Profiles, are not condition-specific.

My child doesn't have any medical conditions but the service sounds like it could help me keep track of him. Can I still become a member?

Yes, you can. We've had a number of families order our SafeID bracelets as safegurads for their children for a variety of reasons.

  • One family ordered them for their three children for family vacations. The mother felt reassured knowing her kids would be wearing their SafeID bracelets through airports and in other unfamiliar areas.
  • Similarly, another family ordered bracelets for their trips to a theme park, in case they got separated.
  • Yet another family, in the process of moving to a new town, worried that their kids wouldn't know new phone numbers, address, etc., for awhile. They are using their new SafeID bracelets to help the kids to feel safe in their new surroundings.

The beauty is that you can have as much or as little information on the bracelet as you wish. AND, you have 24/7/365 access to change the information as necessary, such as when you want to shift the primary contact phone from a home number to a cell phone number when the family goes on vacation, or from Mom's number to Dad's, if he's the one who's taking the crew to the theme park.

What does membership in cost?

Membership, which is good for your lifetime, is included with the purchase of any of our IDs and costs NOTHING extra.  It entitles you to a secure online page, called the SafeID Profile, on our 24/7/365 website.

How much is shipping and when is my order shipped?

Shipping is FREE on all orders $50 and over.  For orders under $50 domestic standard shipping is $2.50, domestic overnight shipping (guaranteed 1 Day delivery) is $27.00, and international standard shipping is $10.00.

All items purchased before 12 noon CST are shipped out the same business day.  Orders placed after 12 noon CST will be shipped out the next business day.

Is there someone to talk to if I have difficulty with creating my SafeID Profile or the scanning of my ID?
